It is recommended to clean the fountain every 5-7 days. Please note that the base of the fountain can’t be washed with water, the remaining parts can be water washed.
- We recommend replacing the filter every 2-3weeks, depending on usage, number of pets, and water quality.
- Homes with multiple pets or hard water may need more frequent replacement.
Not recommended. The filter helps remove hair, debris, odors, and some heavy metals. Using the water fountain without a filter may affect water quality and shorten the pump’s lifespan.
It is recommended to change the water every 2–3 days and clean the tank and pump at least once a week.
