Shipping Policy

At Petmorix, we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States. Free shipping is available on orders over $75  within the continental U.S. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded unless otherwise stated.

 2. Shipping Rates

For orders under $85, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and applicable shipping method. The final shipping cost will be shown before payment is completed.

 3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 4. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates shown on the product page or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

 5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. Petmorix is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

 7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
