Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Petmorix products at home. If something is not right, we are here to help. 

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.

2. 30-Day Returns 

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. For non-defective returns, the item must be returned in good condition with all major components, accessories, manuals, and the original packaging. Please do not discard the original packaging until you are sure you would like to keep the product.

3. Non-Defective Returns

If the product is not defective and you decide it is not the right fit, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a non-defective return: - the product must be returned in good condition, - all major components and accessories must be included, - and the original packaging must be returned. In this case: - return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, - original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@petmorix.com] with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Please do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective: - separately purchased filters or other consumable accessories that have been opened or used, - items damaged by misuse, improper cleaning, modification, or accidental damage. For fountain returns, normal testing and use of the included starter filter does not by itself make the product ineligible for return.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

7. Return Process

To start a return, please email [support@petmorix.com] with: - your order number, - the item you would like to return, - and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
