Warranty Policy

Petmorix products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

1. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.

2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear,
-Β filters and other consumable parts,
- damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper cleaning, improper assembly, or accidents,
- cosmetic damage that does not affect product function,
- unauthorized repairs orΒ modifications,
- damage caused by use not consistent with product instructions.

3. Warranty Claims

To request warranty support, please contact [support@petmorix.com] with:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

4. Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved, Petmorix may, at its discretion:
- send a replacement part,
- replace the product,
- or issue a refund or store credit.

5. Proof of PurchaseΒ 

A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
